We wish to inform you that in compliance with RBI guidelines on Know Your Customer ( we need to periodically update customer details and identification documents. The KYC for Customer ID .........is now overdue and is required to be updated.
Here's what you need to do to update your KYC:
*For your Aadhaar Card, please mask / black out the first 8 digits of your Aadhaar Number. Only the last four dig readable. Masked Aadhaar can also be downloaded from https://www.uidai.gov.in > Home Page > Click on Download Aadhar Fill in the required details > Select the option given as "Masked Aadhaar"
**If issued in a state where it is expressly slated that the document cannot be used as an address proof, the document accepted as KYC address proof.
Please update your KYC through any of the following channels
• Visit your nearest branch of The Burdwan Central Cooperative Bank Ltd and submit your self-attest- along with a duly filled Re-KYC form (in case there is no change in also send self-attested copies of KYC documents through regist post/courier)
As per rocords, your KYC has not yet been updated. Hence, restrictions have been imposed on cheque book issuance, addition / deletion of authorised signatory/joint holder,blocking of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking services,demographic modifications etc.
Additionally we will be constrained to put a credit/debit freeze(including any customer induced fund) in your account (s).
